It is powered by a plug-in from Beatnik (an audio plug-in) which means you will find cool sounds. Also tells you how to get plugged in for
sound yourself. Geared toward helping WEBTV users build their own sites. It offers some lessons in HTML as well as royalty free images.
Good for beginners and beyond.
