We’re pretty sure you yourself have had your own share of strange callers. There could be times that you would experience suddenly getting a call from a number that isn’t familiar to you. What’s more, the person on the other end of the line wouldn’t even talk at all as you answer the phone.

While the person may purposely be doing it just for fun, it could be annoying and irritating on your part. However, using white pages can help you trace the prank caller behind that number very easily and without even having any difficulty.

White pages can really be effective tools when it comes to tracking people. But of course, you should first know the type of number being used by the caller. Identify first if the person is using a mobile number or a landline. If the number is a landline number, so then grabbing your telephone directory and looking it up there could actually mean the end of your worries. But what if you find out that the number is actually a cell phone? Will this mean a dead end for you?

And because almost all landlines and cell phones now has the caller ID feature, that could be a good tool for you to finally discover the identity and even the location of the prank caller.

Things do not have to be very challenging for you although it is still a fact that most mobile companies still do not release cell phone directories. As you try to enquire from them and ask about their list of numbers in their white pages, you may not immediately get what you want since they aim to protect the privacy of their users by not disclosing any information about them.

There is a way to get things done, thankfully. Go use your browser and use online white pages. White pages on the web can and will provide you with information about numbers – whether it is a cell phone or a landline.
